We at SV Fragrances ensure you for complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to nature of perfumes and fragrances, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product packaging is opened or tampered with.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:
If the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Opening video is must.
Process for Refunds

Refund Method

Non-Refundable Items
Products that are opened, used, or damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts.
Order Cancellation
